Come and join the movement **About the Role** We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist, someone who knows Performance Marketing inside and out, has an excellent understanding of conversions, and can manage several client accounts at the same time. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI for our clients by: - Developing/implementing effective paid search strategies with meaningful KPIs - Managing the lifecycle of campaigns: create, develop, launch, optimise, report on progress and evaluate campaigns across most paid advertising platforms (Google, Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, TikTok) - Writing attractive and concise ad copy that drives conversions - Monitoring budgets and adjusting bids to gain better ROI - Tracking KPIs to assess performance and fix issues - Producing and analysing reports - Analysing and implementing conversion tracking across Google and Facebook (Meta) - Communicating regularly with clients to manage expectations and quickly resolve issues **About You** - At least 1 year Paid Ads experience (preferably in an agency) - Experience in data analysis, reporting and conversion tracking - Familiarity with platforms like Facebook (Meta), Google (plus points for LinkedIn & TikTok) - Good knowledge of analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Datastudio, Ahrefs, SEMrush - Experience with feed implementation through different CMS e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Commerce Manager - A friendly "people" person who enjoys interacting with colleagues, and communicating with clients - Excellent communication skills i.e. clear and accurate spoken and written English Take the next step in your career, hitting the sweet spot - right between the ‘X’ in Xugar.
