**About the Company**:
Boutique Consulting is working on behalf of our client who is a market leader in property development. They are looking for a Team Assistant to support their busy / ever-growing team nationally.
**About the Role**:
Provide support to the Transactional Services team on a day-to-day basis, and other general administrative tasks in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the team including coordinating internal and external meetings and diary management.
- Supporting the management of divisional documentation including document execution and coordinating signatories; lease, license, and bank guarantee administration
- Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements
- Reconciliation of monthly expenses
- Tracking, coordinating, and assisting the Development team with the creation of proposals, customer collateral, customer reporting, pitch documents ensuring documents are finished to a high standard and reviewed prior to issuing to customer.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM database
- Coordinating divisional meetings, capturing minutes, and following up action items
- Management of filing, archiving, scanning, storage management and general administration
- Assisting with the induction and on-boarding of new starters in the team including liaising with IT
- Point of contact for visiting interstate employees
- Coding, approval and processing of invoices
- Liaising with different stakeholder to ensure effective communication and requirements are met amongst the team
- Working closely with specific Sector EA on Group/Sector projects/requirements. Also acting as backup to a broader team when Sector EA on leave
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
**About You**:
- Team player who can handle a diverse range of people
- **3+ years** experience as a Team Assistant
- **Advanced** Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- **Adobe InDesign** experience preferred
- **Property experience** is advantageous, however not essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Pro-active and able to use initiative Position Description
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure & achieve deadlines with a sense of urgency
