Our opportunity
We have a new opportunity for a Welcome + Coordinator to join our team in team in South West Sydney at our Menangle and Moorebank locations. You will be responsible for implementing the tailored community events calendar and monitoring the demographic shifts within our community and place usage and nurturing special interest groups within the communities.

This is a Part-Time role working 2-3 days per week.

Your responsibilities include are but are not limited to

Assist and support Welcome+ community strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives in line with strategic plan.
Prepare reports and documents as required.
Assist with project requirements.
Organise & coordinate special events for residents and activation programs & third-party events to complement community building, cultural initiatives and placemaking.
Seed and nurture special interest groups tailored to the needs of each community.
Manage event admin and monitoring community demographics and customer event feedback.
Developing and monitoring budgets to implement strategic plan and various community initiatives.
Work with Development and Sales & Marketing teams as required.
Establish a network of community ambassadors within the project.
Conduct face-to-face welcome visits or phone calls to the new residents of the community.
Implementing effective networking programs among the resident’s population.
Assist in the update and maintenance of customer data in Infinity.
Liaise with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
Develop strategic plan for Development team’s approval.
Update and maintain information and reports

Your Point of Difference

Excellent Microsoft suite skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Customer centric attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
