**About us**:
Conscious Ground Organics is a Certified Organic, regenerative farm on 230 acres in Myocum. We are focused on securing local food systems for the wellbeing of our people and the planet, with a goal to provide education for our future generations.

**The role**:
We’re seeking a vibrant, hardworking and efficient team member to run the weekly Palm Beach Farmers Market stall every Saturday, which includes setting up the stall, packing down and providing our amazing customers with excellent customer service. This position also supports our Market Garden Manager on a seasonal ‘as needed’ basis on Fridays to complete harvests for markets.

We are proud to provide delicious grass fed, certified organic raised beef and pork to our community and our team of expert farmers delight talented local chefs and inspired home cooks weekly with their fresh and vibrant subtropical and native produce from our Market Garden and Food Forest. Our farm is really one of a kind, which means that passionate and informative customer service is too easy

We’re looking for someone proactive and solutions-focussed, capable of addressing customer needs and feedback with a smile. To be successful in this position you will ideally have prior experience running a farmers market stall as well as experience working within a market garden and/or harvest environment. Strong communication skills is a must, as well as a desire to care for the environment, including animals and people.

**You will have**:

- Prior experience in sales and working at a farmers market stall
- Experience working within a market garden and/or harvest environment
- Must be available to work on weekends (including public holidays)
- Current Drivers licence valid in NSW and the ability to drive large vehicles in the dark on rural roads
- Understanding of organic, regenerative and biodynamic farming practices desired
- Knowledge of locally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs desired as well as a strong understanding of the importance of supporting local, organic farmers
- Must be fit and healthy with the ability to lift 25kg consistently as well as the ability to stoop, reach and bend and stand on feet for long periods
- Must be an early riser Standard working hours are 6am, with the need to start earlier on market days (arrival at Myocum on Saturdays is 4.30am NSW with a need to** start at 3.30am when daylight savings ends**, then a 1 hour drive to Palm Beach to arrive at the markets for 4.30am QLD time)
- Ability to work outdoors and tolerate varying weather conditions in a subtropical climate
- Conscious communication skills and a self-driven desire to create a positive impact in the world

**What we are offering**:

- Casual role, approx. 16 hours per week, Fridays and Saturdays, with the occasional need for additional cover on other days of the week
