At Three Blue Ducks, we are committed to creating interesting dishes, banging with flavour that is simple and a bit rough around the edges. We are less white tablecloth dining and more come-as-you-are kind of vibe. The Ducks do what we can to implement ethical and sustainable business practices on all levels. We work with honest, local suppliers we like who have the best quality produce. Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron’s iconic lighthouse. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with wedding and other events being held throughout the year. This is an amazing opportunity for a career minded person in a growing business. We are looking for someone who is happy and energetic to roll the sleeves up and get stuck in, someone who is truly passionate about this industry.

**Job Description**:
**What you will bring to the role**
- Passionate about food, wine, beer and coffee
- Experienced in your field of hospitality
- Friendly, charismatic and focused on service
- Able to maintain our consistently high standard for all staff and customers
- Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a good ability to problem solve and think on your feet,
- Flexible with your availability
