Join one of Australia's leading Universities as a Change Lead for a 12 month contract on up to $1250 per day
**Your new company**
As a result of a recently finalised plan to overhaul their digital presence, this progressive Canberra based educational institution is seeking an experienced Change Lead to head up their exciting new program of digital transformation endeavours.

**Your new role**
You'll get the opportunity to assemble and lead a team of like-minded IT professionals, working alongside the ICT Program Manager and senior level stakeholders. Together you will share in a journey in delivering various large-scale cloud and infrastructure-based projects. You will:

- Create change management and communication strategies, including the business vision and engagement plans.
- Clarify change impacts and the transition journey.
- Outline the business’ current vision and future state.
- Define and track outcomes and benefits.
- Provide strategic advice to project teams and stakeholder groups.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Demonstrated experience in working in large scale digital transformation and change programs, ideally within the higher education sector.
- Experience in designing and/or implementing new processes, operating models and progressive ways of working.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management in order to align with the change vision.
- Be a positive and collaborative leader within the team and encourage an inclusive culture.
- You are hands on and adaptive to working across various initiatives and projects.
