**Your New Role**

Are you eager to grow your career and seeking your next challenge? We currently have a great opportunity for a Change Coordinator to join our IT Projects team here at Leidos. This role will be responsible for the day to day implementation of the Change & Release process ensuring:

- Provide coordination of Change management activities across Service Providers and as directed by the Change Lead.
- Ensure Change records and system contain quality data and are maintained in accordance with the Change and Release processes and procedures.
- Support the implementation of the Change management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain release plans and forward schedule of change to minimise risk, capture & mitigate conflicts and increase success of the deployment.
- Work with the various change specialists responsible for the management of day-to-day change management activities within a specific Service Provider or support group.
- Manage the approval of Changes via CAB & other avenues in accordance to the overarching Change & Release Management Process and in conjunction with other ITSM Processes.
- Identify re-occurring changes that are highly prescriptive that can be standardised.
- Assist in maintaining all Change management documentation including process & procedures, Standard operating procedures and developing Knowledge artefacts.

**Technical Skills**
- Demonstrated change experience and qualifications (ITIL V3/V4 or equivalent)
- Process analysis and integration expertise
- Appreciation or experience with project management practices and ways of working
- ServiceNow user experience desirable

**Management Skills**
- Strong priority and time management
- Ability to deal with critical issue and problem escalation

**Communication**
- Conflict negotiation and de-escalation
- People-centric communication skills
- Experience supporting a government agency
