We currently have opportunities for Deployment Support Officers to join the team on 6 month fixed term full-time or Casual contract basis.

You will provide assistance, as directed, to support the achievement of Program objectives as the Rostering, Time and Attendance (RTA) Program is implementing the UKG platform across SJGHC hospitals (Subiaco, Murdoch & Midland). In this role you will primarily be the support person at site in establishing Caregivers in the new rostering time and attendance program (RTA).

The Position- Contribute to the successful delivery of the RTA program in compliance with the applicable Project Management methodology. Upon receiving training from the deployment SMEs, key activities will include:
- Enrol caregivers on wall devices, and explain how to use the UKG device- Demonstrate to caregivers how to use the UKG mobile app- Provide assistance to caregivers to install UKG mobile app and troubleshoot installation issues- Track/report progress of enrolment and mobile app installation- Run, manipulate, print and export a variety of UKG data views/reports to support daily activities- Liaising with caregivers, customers and suppliers.

To be considered for this role, you will have good interpersonal skills and a high level of oral and written communication, including experience explaining technical instructions to non-technical to all levels of employees. You will have the ability to work across SJGHC Subiaco, Murdoch and Midland Hospitals.

To succeed you will the ability to prioritise and coordinate work flow to achieve efficient and effective outcomes, along with experience using and configuring apps for both iPhone and Android devices.

We Can Offer You- Salary - $69,665 to $72,824 per annum plus superannuation- This role can be offered with full time hours on a fixed term or casual basis- This position is based across Subiaco, Midland and Murdoch Hospital sites- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as novated leasing, work related expenses, self-education and additional superannuation- A healthy work-life balance through flexible work options, additional purchased leave and well-being programs- Employee discount on St John of God Hospital & Medical Services and Private Health Insurance- Employee Support through our dedicated free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
