**About Our Client**:
My client is a leading NFP organisation in their speciality field, they are known in WA and a trusted brand. If you are wanting to make a difference and do meaningful work, this is the right organisation
- Provide holistic administration support to the Education & Consulting team including all projects and events, as required
- Update and maintain the RTO's training calendar
- Maintain student records in line with the RTO requirements
- Update and maintain the student management system (VETtrak), including data entry, production of student certificates and student bookings
- Organise invoices for payment in conjunction with the accounts department
- Record and distribute student assignment submissions to trainers
- Assist with student course enrolments, verification of past studies and maintaining records according to RTO standards
