Ardency Aroona is a premium retirement Resort located in Yowie Bay that has paved the way for a unique retirement experience which combines the very best in independent living with the premium amenities you would expect from a boutique hotel.
We are currently seeking a Casual Concierge to join our team working on a rotating shift work roster (including overnight shifts).
You will be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of Ardency Aroona. You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident enquiries overnight and undertake public area cleaning.
- You will have experience working in a customer facing role and a mature approach to your work. Additionally, you will be well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a strong work ethic. You will need to possess a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts with our Concierge or Restaurant team through the week.
