**Towers Building & Property Management **provides a range of Building Management & Concierge solutions tailored to the needs of each individual building, within our residential and commercial portfolio.

We are currently seeking a Concierge for both permanent and casual positions within a number of our buildings, located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore. This is a great opportunity if you have experience in the Hotel and/or Concierge industry, and are aligned with our core values of, Professionalism, Integrity and Commitment to Service.

**Summary of Role**
Towers is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Concierge to join our team. You will be using your skills to ensure that the highest quality and efficient concierge and front of house services are provided to all the residents of the building.

You will provide support to the Building Manager by detecting potential issues affecting common and/or private areas within the building as well as in liaising with contractors.

**Requirements of Role**
- Overseeing the operational activities of the Concierge desk
- Ensuring incoming mail is distributed correctly and in a timely fashion
- Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of messages
- Assistance in booking requests from residents
- Handling of complaints with prompt action and thorough follow up
- Provide valet car parking service
- Consistent provision of service levels to the standard of Towers
- Ensuring effective resolution of all issues raised by residents at all times, including escalation to senior management
- Ensuring operating procedures are implemented and understood
- Ensuring the common areas are clean at all times and engage cleaners as required
- Ensuring WH&S policies are adhered to as required
- Previous experience in a Concierge role and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Quick thinking trouble-shooter who possesses a demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate
- Strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Pro-active individual with a passion for customer service
- Current drivers license essential for the position
