It is a key recreational, sporting, entertainment, and social icon in Sydney's growing western suburbs.BenefitsCompetitive casual rate above award rateEmployee Enterprise AgreementFree onsite undercover parkingUniforms providedStaff Christmas PartyStaff events such as Trivia, Paint & Sip, KaraokeEmployee Assistance Program - up to 6 sessions annually25% staff discount with our food vendors Marlos All Day and Lusso BistroAbout the Role:As part of our Concierge team, your responsibilities will include:Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly, courteous mannerSigning in members and visitors, conducting ID checks, and RSA assessmentsScreening and forwarding calls, taking messages as neededProviding venue information and answering questionsOperating the public-address system for announcementsProcessing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting paymentsUpdating membership details in the systemIssuing Workers' Gift CardsHandling member bookings for the club courtesy busFacilitating cloakroom servicesPerforming any other duties as requested by managementRequirements:Minimum 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality, Hotel, or Entertainment preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentationStrong customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle difficult conversations and complaintsBasic computer skills including OutlookCurrent NSW RSA / RCG competency cardPolite phone etiquetteWillingness to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shiftsLearn more about us at to apply....
