**About the role**
- The Customer Experience Team Leader is required to effectively manage all aspects of departmental operations relating to the customer service membership services and Crèche; including providing support and guidance to fellow team members.
- This role will uphold facility standards and maintain procedures and best practices whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Remuneration**

$91,316.16 - $102,197.16 + 12% Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**
- Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment.
- A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven organisational and administrative skills such as revenue management, expense management, managing labour costs, and reporting.
- Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems.
- Proven ability to supervise staff and facilitate a dynamic team environment.
