What You'll Do

  • Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the toddler room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
  • Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy in every child.
  • Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Inspire and Grow: Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
  • Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
  • Focus on a holistic education: Prepare children for their next big adventure — school Implement activities and programs that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional resilience.

What We Need From You

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
