Social Media Manager
to join our team full-time, in-office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage organic social media for our clients (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, with some LinkedIn and YouTube in the mix).
- Edit short-form Reels that actually get engagement, and static posts and carousels that look sharp and perform well.
- Guide clients on how to create the right raw content, then edit, caption, schedule and post it in line with their strategy.
- Communicate with clients, coordinate posts, and make sure everything stays on brand and on goal.
- Build strategies (content pillars, goals, frequency, schedules) that align with each client's brand, and deliver the kind of social media content that gets noticed.
- Occasionally edit other types of video projects for our clients.
- Also: run and grow Beinc's own socials with the same creativity and strategy we give our clients
Tools you'll use
- Video editing software (we don't mind if you prefer Premiere Pro, CapCut, or anything else — use what works best for you)
- Meta Business Suite (for Meta Analytics and scheduling)
- Metricool (for scheduling and posting)
