An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics Officer based in our Forrestfield facility, to provide timely and cost-effective Logistics solutions for our Drilling Customers, Regional Branches and Drilling Services Division.

**Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Domestic logistic bookings and coordination- Obtaining Quotations- Freight bookings including end to end delivery tracking- Coordinate with customers for order prioritization and management of transportation- Provide a high level of service to drilling customers, branches and maintain a close working relationship with users- Data entry and reporting- Support the International Freight desk team**A few other things we’re looking for**:

- Industry knowledge of the Australian Logistics Network- Specialist knowledge of TMS Systems- Data Entry and Record Management experience- Sound written and oral communication skills, good organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy (Intermediate Excel skills)- Experience in the Transport, Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods- A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork- The ability to work Permanently in Australia- Able to obtain a National Police Clearance**Auto req ID**: 13955BR
