Key Responsibilities
- **Document Verification**: Conduct initial checks on submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Accurately enter applicant information and document details into our database and case management system. Maintain organized physical and digital files.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the assessment team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- **Compliance Adherence**: Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- **Office Management**: Assist with general office duties as needed to support team operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- **Proven Administrative Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or Skill assesment lodgement role.
- **Exceptional Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
- **Strong Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain organised records.
- **Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new database or case management systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
