**About the role**
- Provide a full range of asset services to a group of schools within the assigned area of the regional North Coast Asset Management Unit (AMU)
- Support with the implementation of facilities management programs and maintenance works, to provide high quality, professional service delivery.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other asset management staff to support the design, development and construction phases of projects.
- Prepare project briefs, status reports, financial information, and other associated documentation to inform decision making on the delivery of facilities management projects in schools.

**About you**
- Project Management and or Construction Management experience are desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Current Drivers License and ability and willingness to travel across the assigned Asset Management region North Coast NSW
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of public education.
