Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Spearheading recruitment, training, and development initiatives with clarity and purpose.
- Leading a diverse and high-performing retail team.
- Implementing best practices in sales, wage management, expense control (P&L), financial analysis, and productivity enhancement.
- Equipping your team with the skills necessary to surpass performance expectations.
- Managing the stock lifecycle, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring adherence to processing protocols.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- Previous senior leadership experience within the Retail or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, encompassing P&L management, reporting, benchmarking, and analysis.
