About the Role

We are looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the Goondiwindi team. Working Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday, you'll play a key role in running daily operations, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards across the store. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their retail career.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail or hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
  • Confident managing stock, compliance, and visual standards
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet targets
