About the Role

We're looking for a people-focused Store Manager to lead our established team at the Toowoomba store. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, keeping the team motivated and goal-oriented, and delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for every customer. As a leader, you'll play a key role in positioning the brand as a trusted expert in the market by leading by example and inspiring your team to consistently perform at their best.

Skills and Experience

* Previous Store Management in a retail space

* Driven and motivated

* Strong people skills for the team and customers

* Exposure to KPI driven environments

* Not afraid of hard work and heavy lifting
