**What you’ll do (but not limited to)**
- Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave
- Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel

**What you’ll bring**
- Ability to **manage** and **lead** a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.
- Demonstrated **commitment** to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in a **retail pharmacy** setting is highly desirable, but not essential.

It is a condition of employment that you provide:

- Evidence of immunisation against certain infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
