About the Role:  
 
As the Channel Engagement & Strategy Lead, you will be a thought leader and technical evangelist for AvePoint Channel in ANZ, assisting our teams with partners, and our distributors.   

You will leverage your skills as a technical expert who understands the needs of our channel partners in the evolving the macro environment. You will communicate to our partners about how they solve their and their customers' business challenges with innovative AvePoint technology solutions both in a sell to and sell through motion.   

You are the conduit between our product teams, partners and our channel sales teams to ensure that we are clearly articulating how AvePoint technology is best placed to solve the business challenges that exist for our customers and partners across ANZ today.  You will make an impact through both 1:1 and 1:M engagement, and communications that scale. Your work will enable our channel sales teams to engage more channel partners and more customers, ultimately increasing ANZ revenues. 

Key Responsibilities:  
 

Drive adoption and integration of AvePoint Elements Platform and related solutions into SI/VAR and MSP partner offerings, embedding into their GTM and service models. Develop and execute channel engagement programs leveraging digital marketing, events, webinars, social media, thought leadership, and more. Act as the strategic link between product, marketing, and channel teams to localise messaging, land product update messaging internally and externally, and inform GTM strategies. Produce and adapt content partner enablement, lead generation, and lead nurturing across MSP, SI, and VAR audiences. Build trusted advisor relationships with partner stakeholders to influence long-term adoption and advocacy for AvePoint solutions. Conduct ongoing market, persona, and technology trend analysis to inform channel strategies and content. Deliver presentations, webinars, and co-present with partners to drive awareness and engagement. Support the alignment of sales, pre-sales, and partner-facing content to regional and vertical market needs. Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor and optimise campaign and channel performance through data-driven insights. Maintain deep expertise in Microsoft and AvePoint technologies, and stay current with ANZ market trends (security, adoption, regulation, etc)

Proven experience building and executing partner/channel GTM strategies across MSP, SI, and VAR ecosystems Ability to create compelling, audience-specific content and messaging that drives engagement and adoption Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft ecosystem partners, and market trends in the ANZ region Skilled at using data and insights to optimise campaigns, measure impact, and inform strategy Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks across highly matrixed teams Confident in delivering presentations, webinars, and partner-facing communications that build trusted relationships
