**About the role**

As a Senior Leader in the Consumer Sales team, our Digital Channel Manger is responsible for setting the overall sales strategy and sales execution that drive transformational growth in acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers across the digital sales channel.

This role will work in a collaborative way with all areas of the business to help achieve the sales target whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Key responsibilities**
- Help prioritise across the delivery schedules to ensure the most impactful things are delivered first.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with all relevant National and State compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as Origin's standards and expectations of customer experience.
- Maximise digital conversion by prioritising investment in customer experience, journeys and offerings in the various digital assets (website, MyAccount
- Clearly articulate and translate vision and embed into teams; Foster openness and transparency; Concisely summarise the facts of a situation including the outcomes and actions taken.

**Skills & experience**
- 5 years management experience with experience leading virtual teams
- Exceptional business and commercial acumen demonstrated understanding of issues associated with management of customer segments, significant proven experience in digital.
- Strategic thought leadership, demonstrated ability to facilitate Innovation, develop strategies and plan and implement new ideas.
- Continuous improvement focus to drive business outcomes, ability to develop appropriate metrics and reporting, and create a risk and compliance culture.
- Exceptional and in-depth customer-centric stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating skills and making decisions based on customer information and customer expectations.
