**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and high driven professional to take on the Roster Amendment Officer role. In this position you will plan and deliver high quality amendment to Drivers Rosters within the specified timeframe that is incorporating timetable alterations, meeting Enterprise Agreement requirements and ensuring optimised utilisation of Train Drivers for the MTM suburban train network.

**About you**
You will be a highly effective communicator (verbal and written) and have demonstrated experience and ability to:

- working with computer, especially computer based rostering role will be highly regarded
- collect, analyse relevant data and information to assist decision making
- Ability to plan and execute working plan
- Ability to identify and analyse risks, mitigate and/or make corrective actions
- Ability to schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team
- Ability to follow occupational health, safety and environmental procedures in the rail industry
