Exciting news We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated professionals to join our accomplished team of **Technical Specialists** at our **Canning Vale, WA** office We are also open to considering other Australian major cities for the right person.

Are you experienced in the supply, sales, and delivery of industrial **electrical products**, including **cables**? Do you thrive in providing customer solutions? If you answered yes, we want to hear from you

As a key player reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers and vendors through your technical expertise and delivery of customer value.
- Providing support for electrical product category sales, working closely with account managers and vendors
- Managing an opportunity pipeline (including CRM), delivering performance reports, and sharing valuable market and customer insights
- Offering product knowledge support and training to our sales and customer service teams
- Assisting with quote and tender responses, including product recommendations
- Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven expertise in the electrical category or equivalent hands-on industry experience
- The ability to manage competing priorities proactively and deliver results
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A knack for building positive and effective working relationships across different functions
- A genuine desire to engage with customers face-to-face and provide technical solutions
- Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills, with CRM experience considered a plus
