**The Role**:
As our HSEQ Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for driving HSEQ competencies among managers, staff, and other stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining our HSEQ management system in alignment with internal and external requirements, and assist in tender and bid submissions from an HSEQ perspective.

We need you to identify trends and issues impacting HSEQ, provide guidance, technical expertise, and support to address them, and ensure that all staff are inducted.

Additionally, you will provide HSEQ consultancy and specialist technical advice externally to clients to support their operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and consultation in relation to HSEQ.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within the civil and/or resources industry, strong organizational skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and AS/NZ industry standards.

You must also have a Certificate IV or Degree qualification in Health and Safety, a current driver's license, and advanced computer skills.
