We are seeking a new team member with a nursing background to join our team in Canning Vale, WA to help reinforce our commitment to providing outstanding customer service and guidance.

What you'll be doing

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, utilising your expertise in the healthcare and medical industry.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our medical products and services
  • Providing guidance to customers on the selection proper use of our products
  • Using our systems to input sales orders and manage communications and updates on product availability
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying and escalating any complex issues that require further assistance or expertise
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Continuously improving customer support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Experience in nursing, medical supplies or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Proficient in using various software and technology tools to manage customer inquiries and support
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the organisation
