We are a leading Victorian-based drug and alcohol treatment organisation. For more than 30 years, we have been helping people rebuild their lives in a safe, caring environment, supporting our clients wherever they are in the recovery process.
**The Role**
The People & Culture Business Partner is a critical role delivering strategic outcomes through people initiatives, providing specialist HR advice and supporting Windana's People Leaders. The People & Culture Business Partner partners with People Leaders across Windana to support them build and develop capable, engaged and high-performing teams. The role works collaboratively with the People & Culture team, People Leaders, and the broader leadership team to deliver against Windana's strategic priorities. This role also oversees people operations through management and development of the Recruitment & People Advisor.

**Who we're looking for**
**The person we're looking for will have**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR business partnering and/or employment relations role
- Demonstrated success actively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience and/or understanding of the challenges and highlights associated with working in AOD, health or community sector.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships across the organisation
- Success in resolving employee relations issues in line with legislative requirements and procedural fairness
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management and/or Organisational Psychology
