**People and Culture assistant role**:
Full time role: 2 days WFH and 3 days in our St. Leonards support office
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People & Culture (P&C) Assistant to join our team, supporting our People Partners/Advisors across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Unique and diverse admin/support role, perfect for a final year HR student or an established HR professional looking to enter the workforce.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update employee records within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll and Campus Directors to help collate/research key data points for case management needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting with the preparation and submission of required reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for People Leader enquiries, providing guidance on People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects to support OACs strategic goals.
**About you**:
- ; Valid Working with Children Check for use in employment
- ; Tertiary qualified in HR, law, commerce or economics, or working towards qualification
- ; Experience in delivering impeccable customer/stakeholder service
- ; Experience with handling sensitive information with discretion
