For this to occur, we need your support **A bit about the role** Due to operational growth, an immediate opportunity has arisen for a business focused and solutions-driven professional to join our team in St Kilda. This role is part of our broader dynamic structure and is pivotal for the success of our Community Services program. With a dual focus across operational and strategic, the Business Manager Community Services champions Windana's model of care through the provision of effective and efficient oversight across the various programs. A strong representative on the SECADA Board of Management, the Business Manager drives change, advocates for clients whilst supporting their team in producing life-changing outcomes for our clients. **A bit about you** To be successful in this position, you will need to see this role as more than ‘just a job'.
