We are seeking expressions of interest for a People and Culture Advisor role that is working as the 2IC in a small HR team. This role requires prior experience with Case Management and supporting leaders with staff performance, grievances and investigations. This role will also support the ongoing progression of the HR function, with developing HR processes and procedures, improving HR operations and supporting HR projects.
- Qualifications in HR, Business (HR) or Psychology
- Solid understanding and knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments and the capacity to ensure compliance in work practices
- End-to-end case management of employee relations matters such as misconduct, underperformance, grievances, and external claims
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team, and flexible in your approach.
- Experience working with multiple awards/EAs in a previous role
- Sound judgement, listening and problem solving skills
- Well developed communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to foster and develop effective internal relationships
- A commitment to social justice and equity principles and values driven approach.
