A place to grow.** **The role of an HRBP** If you are looking for an exciting challenge, a change, or simply the enjoyment of working in an industry that is focused on bringing joy to children and their families then this is the role for you. Working in a large People & Culture team, the HRBP is responsible for providing operational best practice advice across the full spectrum of HR, through to creating and maintaining a dynamic workplace culture that supports the achievement of results. You will primarily support our Campus teams (from Campus Directors through to the Senior Ops Managers they report to) to ensure all HR programs and initiatives are rolled out to the business and all ER matters are worked through in line with legislation and Awards.
