**What’s the role?**

Lead strategic marketing, across consumer portfolios and segments—owning both above-the-line and below-the-line activity. You'll guide a high-performing team, influence cross-functional delivery, and drive full-funnel campaigns that accelerate commercial growth.

**What do I need?**
- Strong leadership skills with extensive experience coaching and leading marketing teams
- Expertise in portfolio and segment marketing with hands-on experience across ATL, BTL and digital channels
- Strategic and executional strength in delivering full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through consumer-focused marketing
- Ability to connect data, insights and creative to influence decision-making at all levels, including executive level
- Confidence working in complex matrix environments and delivering results across diverse stakeholders
