Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Lead to develop and execute our B2B marketing strategy in Australia for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a local marketing strategy in Australia by leveraging industry trends, best practices, and local insights on Pinterest and competitors.
  • Develop and own key initiatives that align with global business marketing strategies to shift advertiser perceptions and behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs.
  • Analyze the impact of local marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and establish learning agendas.
  • Serve as a people manager for a local Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting the delivery of our Business Marketing strategy in Australia.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus).
