As a seasoned brand marketing professional, you will lead the strategic development and execution of brand positioning and identity across all of our consumer brands.
With significant experience in developing brand strategy and managing cross-functional marketing teams, you will define and grow brand equity, ensuring each of our brands delivers consistent and compelling messages to customers and stakeholders in a competitive environment.
Acting as a strategic leader and team mentor, you will ensure the team's work is aligned to company-wide marketing objectives, driving long-term value through brand health, distinctiveness, and relevance.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end development of brand strategy
- Owning and managing the annual brand planning process
- Overseeing brand governance, architecture, identity, and guidelines
- Partnering closely with Product, Media, Digital, and Retail teams
Requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing
- Proven experience leading brand transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in brand architecture and positioning
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
