Key to Success in the ANZ Market

The role is pivotal in shaping and executing a compelling marketing strategy that drives business growth in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Developing an annual marketing plan that effectively targets financial intermediary clients and prospects, and fosters meaningful partnerships with sales and marketing leaders.
  • Defining market opportunities and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful audience insights that drive strategic objectives.
  • Partnering with marketing research, sales, and product teams to distill customer empathy and develop tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with the Australian market.
  • Leading the development of the company's brand, reputation, and positioning in ANZ, with a focus on delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns that meet strategic objectives.
  • Representing marketing at leadership level and contributing to the growth of the ANZ business through effective prioritization and execution of marketing deliverables.

Additionally, this role requires:

  • Providing in-depth market insights about the ANZ Financial Intermediaries landscape, including distributors, end-investors, market opportunities, competitor intelligence, regulatory issues, agencies, and media.
  • Demonstrating 15+ years of asset management marketing experience, primarily in ANZ, with in-depth knowledge of the ANZ Financial Intermediaries industry and best practices.
  • Possessing strong skills across the full marketing mix, including strategic marketing, PR, events, advertising, digital marketing, content creation/thought leadership, and analytics.
  • Able to work collaboratively on strategic initiatives as well as execute with high levels of energy, commitment, and collaboration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills, with entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative abilities to suggest new marketing ideas that drive sales and increase client engagement.
