PERMANENT FULL TIME - CARDIOLOGY PRACTICE

Victoria Heart is a Cardiology practice with two locations in Windsor and East Melbourne. We are currently seeking a full time experienced medical receptionists to join our state of the art practice at our East Melbourne location.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Exercising confidentiality in regard to patient care and all aspects of the practice
- Greeting patients on arrival with a warm and friendly manner
- Answering telephone enquires promptly
- Preparing for consulting sessions
- Distributing correspondence and results
- Attending to account queries
- Other general admin duties
- Managing appointments, invoicing and receipting.
- Mail management

**Essential Criteria**:

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Passionate about people and providing an exemplary administrative support.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Genie and/or Medical Reception experience is preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:
