Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital
As Safety, Quality and Risk Administration Officer you will provide comprehensive, high-level administration support to the Safety, Quality and Risk Team in a range of clerical tasks including scheduling and calendar maintenance; prioritizing and handling of inbound and outbound communications; preparing agendas and records of meetings; organising travel; managing expense reports; word processing; and file maintenance.
The Position- Provide professional administrative support to the SQR team and the Manager.- Maintains confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times.- Produces accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutes.- Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to all enquiries.- Arrange meetings and ensures supporting documentation is prepared and distributed appropriately.- Maintain a well-organised filing and information system and ensure all documents are secure and handled according to hospital protocols.- Ensure office equipment is maintained at the requisite standard.- Maintain stationery stock.- All other reasonable duties as directed by the relevant Manager/Supervisor
To succeed you will have advanced word processing skills with the ability to display documentation in a professional manner, with written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft letters, memos, standard reports and other correspondence on behalf of the Manager; with a high level of customer service skills including flexibility, tact and interpersonal communicate skills to effectively communicate with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.

The Benefits- Salary: $69,665 to $72,824 per annum, plus 11% superannuation- A permanent part-time position available, working 60.8 hours a fortnight.- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
