Market-leading technology including EOS weight bearing x-ray and the latest 3T MRI scanners keeps SKG Radiology at the forefront of diagnostic imaging innovation.

We seek a vibrant and reliable individual to join our Patient Services team in the role of **Patient Services Officer**. This busy and challenging role is situated within our Subiaco Administration Office.

As a **Patient Services Officer** you will be** **responsible for liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general phone enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone.

- High level interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
- A high level of computer literacy with a focus on accurate data entry

Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of medical terminology is highly regarded.

**This position is Full Time - 75 hours per fortnight**
- Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is key as shift start and finish times will be variable and include weekend shifts. The is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the department roster._
