**The Position**
**St John of God Subiaco Hospital is** a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. - **Credentialing Officer.**
- The
- **Credentialing Officer** provides credentialing services across the SJG Subiaco Hospital and SJG Subiaco Eye Hospital sites for all Visiting Medical Officers including accreditation, re-accreditation and scope of practice for all accredited medical practitioners. This role is to maintain up to date data and information for each visiting medical officer in online and hard copy systems.
- Relevant Business studies at Diploma level, experience using WebPAS and eCredentialis highly regarded._
- This role is on a Permanent Full time basis, working 76 hours a fortnight.

- Working knowledge and understanding of medical and related health accreditation systems and credentialing requirements.
- Experience in Medical Administration including contemporary systems and processes for data management and audit control.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite with high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, or seek help from appropriate resources.
- Experience in developing written reports and other business correspondence.
- Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload to meet operational deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, and exercise flexibility, tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
