**eCommerce Specialist**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You do understand buyer insights using website analytics and monitor performance metrics
- Develop and execute online campaigns on key value items, categories and brands is part of your role
- You will execute on merchandising creative content with the objective of driving customer engagement and CTR
- Leverage market intelligence and analytics to optimise sales funnel and increase online sales
- Conduct reports and analysis on website performance and provide feasible recommendations on how to increase orders, online traffic and market share growth
- Further you will manage online listing of agents, BOC & SPW retail stores
- Assist Customer Service Team with more complex online queries

**What makes you great**
- You have a proven working experience creating, optimizing and administering digital content
- Working experience in B2C and/or B2B Marketing is required
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing and operations of an e-commerce website
- You have a passion for online environment and a demonstrated ability in understanding web development technologies, design, usability, online medium and improving user experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO, EDM and other e-commerce analytics platforms
