We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will take full ownership for sales and development of the independent retail channel. This is an Office/field hybrid role creating and executing business plans with existing customers as well as identifying and on-boarding new retailers across all six states.

**What you will be doing**:

- Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, the Field Sales Manager position is an integral member of a 5-person national sales team
- The role takes full responsibility for achievement of budget with all accounts that sit within the independent channel and is supported by a local customer service team and Logistics Coordinator
- To achieve success you will use internal sales tools to plan, execute, track and measure sales and marketing/promotional strategy
- You will deliver effective presentations and joint business plans to launch new season products
- Weekly communication/reporting to the Senior National Account Manager
- Attendance and input at weekly sales meetings

**What we need from you**:

- Proven experience of managing relationships with business owners
- Specialist within the Home category with premium brand highly desirable
- Ability to influence at all levels - internally and externally
- An appetite and demonstrable track record in setting targets and achieving them
- Capability to travel interstate (monthly) as well as attend meetings as/when required at Sydney head office
