Seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager for a permanent role in Sydney CBD. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will report into the Head of Business Operations and partner closely with the wider Sales and Operations team to ensure that the sales function is equipped with the tools necessary to successfully deliver on sales targets and growth.

**Duties within the role will include but not be limited to**:

- Oversee sales commission plans to optimise performance and drive behaviour
- Assess monthly commissions and sales-related/KPI compensation
- Review commission disputes and provide recommendations
- Partner with the sales and marketing managers in relation to Sales forecasting
- Contribute to the creation and analysis of budget processes
- Develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support for the sales organisation
- Generate and review sales data effectively
- Ensure regular communications regarding sales performance
- Create content for executive presentations and board reports
- Helping build and deliver sales onboarding for new starters
- Manage sales training requirements for tools, and ensure training designed and delivered through MyPlace
- Proactively create and work with sales leadership to continuously improve sales effectiveness
- Assess team processes and identify areas for improvement

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Project Management
- Minimum 3-years experience in direct sales, sales operations or project management
- Advanced Salesforce experience
- Prior experience in IT Sectors would be highly regarded.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess date strategically to identify areas for grown/improvement
- High level stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Suite experience
