Be a key player in our success story, stepping into a pivotal role that puts you at the forefront of the operation. Your contributions will be the heartbeat of our brand-new centre, where innovation meets seamless business functionality.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday

**Location**: Tarneit, VIC

**Key responsibilities**:

- Efficiently coordinate and prepare weekly payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Excel in reporting and data collection, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintenance and input to various registers and databases ensuring accuracy of records.
- Demonstrate organizational finesse by completing purchase orders and associated receipting seamlessly.
- Oversee the maintenance of records for proof of collection and packing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide timely communication to internal stakeholders on Proof of Delivery, change orders, non-conformance, and system outages.
- Ensure both internal and external customers receive optimal service in the shortest possible time, setting new standards for excellence.

**What we are looking for**:

- Customer-focused individual with experience in earthmoving or a similar industry.
- Advanced attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and accuracy with data entry.
- Effective communication skills in both oral and written formats.
- Experience with SAP payroll administration.
