**JAMES AN College Tarneit Tuition centre Admin position**

**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Office Administrator to join our tutoring centre in Tarneit. **We provide all our staffs with a supportive working environment, a friendly manner, and excellent remuneration. **All classes are conducted after school hours on weekdays and Saturdays.
- Be fluent in English for written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer focus
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Have current and valid working with children check.
- Be flexible and available for work after school hours on weekdays and Saturdays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $24.5-$27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
