Interroll Australia are a wholly owned subsidiary of Interroll, we are listed on the SIX Swiss stock exchange as a public company. In Australia we are a small team which consists of sales, engineering, service, operations and finance. We sell a wide range of products to multiple industries, including the FMCG, F&B, CEP and Automated warehouse market.

The role involves resolving all complex requirements from clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This will help you build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for all kinds of administrative functions essential for every day operation including report generation, CRM management and general tasks as requested by management.

Strong MS office and ERP skills are highly regarded along with attention to detail, yet you must demonstrate enough flexibility to work in a high demand environment. The ability to work autonomously is required, however the understanding of a team dynamic is equally crucial.

**Duties include**
- Process of orders and other administration functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient and timely communication to customers.
- Respond and communicate with customers clearly and efficiently in a timely manner

**You must have**
- General sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Relevant training in customer service & phone sales of technical products.
- High level MS office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge of general office administration management.
- Capable to read and comprehend a technical mechanical drawing.

**Desired requirements**
- SAP or equal experience in other ERP & CRM systems is highly regarded
- Shows initiative with a “can do attitude” and quick to pick up new products and procedures.
- Passionate, hardworking and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
- Will exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
- Detail conscious, well organized and able to prioritize.
- A very effective communicator who is comfortable liaising at all levels.
- Have the ability to work unsupervised, as well as within a team.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to establish routines and meet demanding deadlines.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
