**About the Role**

We are looking for an
**EHS Manager** to join our
**Reservoir Team **and also
_assist across Craigieburn, Launceston, and Albury _locations. You will have a hands-on approach to safety and driving projects and initiatives at all levels of the business. You will also have experience in giving specialist advice to improve the safety, well-being, and environment that our teams work in. This multi-site role will have you “leading the leaders”, driving best-practice across manufacturing, distribution, and sales.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in WHS/EHS
- Work Cover, Rehabilitation, and Return to Work
- Past Injury Management experience
- Experience in EHS auditing
- Be able to implement WHS/EHS best-practice processes
- Understanding of Chain or Responsibility and Dangerous Goods legislation
- A flexible, responsive working style, focused on the “why and how”
- Excellent computer and Excel Literacy

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage & influence operational stakeholders
- Lead ICAM investigations and analyses
- Drive EHS and site safety awareness
- EHS planning & systems management
- Internal site auditing and continuous improvement of systems
- Interpret and implement EHS legislation at state & national level
- Ensure the business exceeds EHS reporting & compliance obligations
- Lead and manage proactive hazard & risk management processes across all sites
- End-to-end injury management including Worker’s Compensation
