**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Representative to join the team in Rowville.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating customer quotes at on of our 150 repair centres
- responding to repair enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls and enquiries
- Use relevant systems to ensure customer bookings are managed appropriately
- Appropriate management of both internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling and confirming meetings and events
- Inputting information into the company databases
- Book hire cars and tow t4rucks when required

- Excellent written and verbal communication
