**About the role**

The **Philanthropy and Partnerships Specialist** is responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities for generating income from high-value sources, including major donors, high-net worth individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners. The goal of this role is to establish long-term, high-value partnerships with new prospective major supporters in order to diversify Mamre’s income streams.

This is a **Permanent part**-time role, **working 3 days a week or 22.8 hours, Windsor location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an annual plan to build a high-value revenue generation pipeline and portfolio that achieve financial and engagement targets
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and senior managers to prospect, cultivate, and nurture high-value donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations, and other key stakeholders
- Produce and present compelling and bespoke proposals for major supporters
- Identify and execute unique opportunities for donors and partners to engage with Mamre and its stakeholders
- Implement processes and procedures to manage income and ensure the agreed scopes of all funding agreements are tracked, delivered, and acquitted to deadline
- Provide meaningful relationship management to ensure major donors and partners feel connected and aware of the impact of their giving

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in a business or marketing-related discipline, or combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, plus demonstrated knowledge competence/experience
- Significant experience in a similar role (philanthropy, partnerships, fundraising, sales, business development and/or relationship management) gained in the not-for-profit sector and/or commercial sector
- Demonstrated success in developing networks and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, donors and corporate organisations
- Proven experience in driving revenue generation through engagement, networking and referrals across a broad range of stakeholders
- High-level negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in developing impact reporting, proposals and supporter communications
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to meet timeframe and budgetary requirements
- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Updated COVID-19 Vaccination Status
